2021 December: Quantum control of matter wave diffraction patterns
Researchers from LCAR report on the quantum control of matter wave diffraction patterns. This achievement offers new perspectives for quantum calculation with qudits, and for quantum metrology with the accurate measurement weak forces. Their results have been published in Physical Review X Quantum and have been highlighted by the CNRS (CNRS news).

2021 May: Single molecules for quantum technologies
Researchers from CEMES, jointly with their colleagues from CNRS-INO, LENS, IQST, Imperial College London, ICFO, University of Erlangen, LION, Polish Academy of Sciences, Universität Münster and ICREA, provide an overview of the opportunities offered by single organic molecules for quantum photonic technologies in a review paper published in Nature Materials.
2021 May: One-day event with the Cité de l’économie et des métiers de demain
A one-day event introducing quantum technologies to a large audience, will be held on May the 25th. This event is co-organised by the Cité de l’économie et des métiers de demain and the Institute for Quantum Technologies in Occitanie, in partnership with Les Echos newspaper.
