State-Region Contract: QuET Project
The Contrat Plan Etat Région QuET project
The State-Region plan contract (CPER) 2021-2027 is, along with European funds, the main contractual framework for regional development. It constitutes a commitment to the programming and multi-year financing of structuring projects to meet the ecological, climatic, economic and social challenges of the coming decades and for the future of the territories.
